It has been quite a while since I get to shoot this traditional arts, Street Chinese Opera. It is an art form from the various major Chinese dialects, Hokkien, Teochew and Cantonese.
This particular shoot is a Teochew Opera. The backstage shoot is always welcoming because usually people do not get to see the long and laborious make-up session usually done by performer themselves.
